Hi, I’m OLUYINKA.

As a visionary leader and strategist with over 15 years in healthcare, I've been fortunate to work alongside incredible professionals at places like Mayo Clinic and Emory Healthcare. But my journey hasn't been easy. Leading teams through the chaos of the COVID pandemic, financial challenges, and the stress of opening new hospitals tested me in ways I never imagined.

I’ll admit, I didn’t always handle it well. I put my own well-being on the back burner, gave in to anxiety, and let healthy habits slide. Then, in 2019, everything changed. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease—a wake-up call that forced me to confront the toll my lifestyle was taking on my health.

That diagnosis was a turning point. I made a promise to myself to prioritize self-care. I started setting boundaries, eating healthier, exercising regularly, getting enough rest, and learning to manage stress more effectively. Remarkably, within 18 months, my condition reversed, and I found new levels of success both personally and professionally.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing my story with fellow leaders. I've seen firsthand how a shift in mindset, a focus on self-care, and visionary leadership can help us navigate even the toughest challenges. We all face obstacles, but with the right mindset and a commitment to our well-being, we can not only overcome them but also lead our teams to thrive.

Be Well,

Oluyinka
